What Type Of Personal Data Do We Collect And Process? 

  • Names, telephone numbers, email addresses, date of birth.
  • Emergency contact details of parents/guardians/carers.
  • Information about individuals' health and welfare and contact details for their next of kin. 
  • Bank details when a refund needs to be processed. 
  • Consent to take photographs and video footage for promotional material and to aid player development. 
  • Details of coaches qualifications, insurance, DBS, safeguarding and first aid certification.

Where Do We Store Your Personal Data? 

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. All data is held on encrypted databases. 

We have implemented generally acceptable standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration or destruction. 

You will be notified promptly in the case of any breach of personal data which might expose you to serious risk.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?
